Made to order
Every personalised item is manufactured specifically for your order. We do not hold pre-made stock of personalised products.
Production starts after approval
Production begins after payment is confirmed or the order is approved. Artwork is reviewed before production starts.
Artwork quality affects the result
The final product appearance depends on the quality of supplied photos, logos and artwork. Low-quality files may produce lower-quality results. We check artwork before production and will contact you if there is a concern.
Rights to uploaded images
By submitting artwork, photos or logos you confirm you have the rights to use those images for personalised product production. GenMake Supply accepts no liability for unauthorised image use.
Personalised items may not be refundable
Due to the personalised nature of production, items cannot be returned unless they are demonstrably faulty or not as described.
Suitability check may be required
For unusual requests, complex layouts, non-standard sizes or event engraving, a suitability review may be required before production begins.
Rush orders
Rush orders are prioritised where possible but cannot always be guaranteed. Contact us before placing a time-critical order to confirm feasibility.
Customer privacy
We do not contact, market to, or retain personal data about partner customers beyond what is needed to fulfil a specific delivery.
