1. Overview

GenMake Supply is a UK-based white-label personalised gift production service. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Trade partner accounts

Trade access is by application only. Approved partners receive access to trade pricing, the partner portal and production services. GenMake Supply reserves the right to approve or decline applications without obligation.

3. Orders and production

All orders are made to order and personalised. Production begins after payment or approval confirmation. Orders cannot be amended once production has started. Personalised items may not be refundable unless demonstrably faulty.

4. Artwork and images

By submitting artwork, photos or logos, you confirm that you have the right to use the image for personalised product production. GenMake Supply accepts no liability for images submitted without the required permissions.

5. Suitability and quality

GenMake Supply reserves the right to contact you before production if submitted artwork or photos do not meet minimum quality requirements. Final product appearance depends on the quality of supplied files.

6. Intellectual property

Submitted artwork is used solely for fulfilling your order. GenMake Supply will not reproduce, sell or share your artwork or customer images.

7. Liability

GenMake Supply's liability is limited to the value of the order in question. We are not liable for consequential losses, missed deadlines arising from late artwork submission, or courier delays.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
